Last night, I found myself in West Seattle, where I took the following photographs.

In order to take them, I sat in the freezing cold for 3 hours, waiting for the rain to stop, at which point I had a 5 minute window to fire off as many shots as I could. As soon as I got the last frame, the rain moved back in and it hasn’ t stopped pouring since.
God, I hate this city. It’s pretty, but the weather is intolerable. Under no circumstances would I ever encourage anyone to waste their money on this place. California is just as pretty, and the weather’s way nicer, so everyone should go there instead, and never leave.
Seriously, it’s just the smart thing to do.
